	Upgrade to bash-3.2 and readline-5.2.
	
	xml/temptools.xml (Bash-Pass1): Remove no longer needed
	bash-3.1-official-001-017-combined-1.patch. Add new
	bash-3.2-official-1.patch.
	xml/temptools.xml (Bash-Pass2): Likewise.
	xml/chroot.xml (Bash): Likewise.
	
	xml/temptools.xml (Bash-Pass1): Remove no longer needed workaround for
	the "configure mis-detects proper /dev/fd setting when su'd to non-root
	user" issue + Rationale Note.
	xml/temptools.xml (Bash-Pass2): Likewise.
	
	xml/chroot.xml (Readline): Remove no longer needed
	readline-5.1-official-001-004-combined-1.patch.
