Log message:
	Upgrade to bzip2-1.0.4, ed-0.4 and ncurses-5.6.
	
	xml/chroot.xml (Bzip2): Expand sed to also fix minor Makefile bug +
	add Rationale Note. Remove no longer needed initial rm command.
	
	xml/chroot.xml (Ed): Remove no longer needed sed to testsuite/check.sh
	+ Rationale Note.
